Because it took so long to get our current book, Touching Spirit Bear, we are postponing our meeting until January 19, 2010. See you then!

We had a great time discussing The Mysterious Benedict Society! Our next book, Elijah of Buxton, is on its way, and I'll get them out as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you still have any copies of How to Steal a Dog or The Mysterious Benedict Society, please get them to me. Thanks!

The books for our next novel have arrived, and they are ready to be handed out. If you have turned in your copy of How to Steal a Dog, come by Mr. Schrader's room and get your copy of The Mysterious Benedict Society.

Informational Meeting

An informational meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 for any fourth or fifth grade student interested in joining the 4th and 5th grade book club at Meadows. At this meeting we will discuss how our book club works, dates we are meeting, and our first book, How to Steal a Dog. I hope you can make it!
